Yup, that's me. I've seen all of those done live by those bands (all more than 20 years ago too, unfortunately) and they were all excellent.

Yep, me too! No doubt we have done the same bands then - Saxon, Maiden, Rush, UFO et al.
How's the memorial on the headland? Is it still standing or has the sea claimed it yet?

Yup, I've seen all those bands, all at least twice. Mostly at the de Montfort Hall in Leicester. All the bands used to go to Leicester, but I bet they don't any more.
The memorial is still there and still looking solid.

It was the Vistoria Halls in Hanley or Bingoley Hall, Stafford for us. Likewise, no longer in use for gigs!

Ah, I saw Black Sabbath at the Bingley Hall in Stafford back in about 1982!
No wonder live music now seems to be in massive places like Wembley and small clubs only. It must be really difficult for a new band now.

The support were A2Z I believe, but I don't remember that incident.
